I hereby confirm that I wish to be treated by you (the “Firm”) as a HNWI in respect of receiving financial promotions and marketing material via the platform. I understand that if t my request is accepted, I will be required to receive, read and understand the loss of protections notice.

On the basis of the information, you have given us, we have classified you as an HNWI, by reason of your experience and understanding in relation to investments into both quoted and unquoted companies.

As a consequence of this classification, you will lose the protections afforded to Retail Clients under the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority. In particular, the protections in the following areas will not apply:
(1) Financial Ombudsman Scheme - You will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Scheme (“FOS”).

(2) Protections Lost - You will lose the protections that are specifically afforded to Retail Clients in accordance with the requirements of the FCA’s Conduct of Business Sourcebook.

(3) We will not be obliged to provide additional protections, which would be applicable to Retail Clients, when we make Financial Promotions to you;

(4) Financial Promotions - As a result of being treated as a High-Net Worth Individual, you will not benefit from the protections and disclosures in relation to any Financial Promotions, which we may make from time to time.

(5) Please note that your rights to sue us for damages under Section 150 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 may be restricted due to the following. You are a corporate finance contact of Sciving Capital Limited, you are not a client and there is no contractual obligation owed to you.

I confirm that I wish to be treated as a corporate finance contact of Sciving Capital Limited in order to be able to receive financial promotions via the platform.
I understand that as a corporate finance contact of Sciving Capital Limited I am not a client and there is no contractual relationship in place between Sciving Capital Limited and I.
In order to be accepted as a corporate finance contact, I confirm, in accordance with the FCA handbook rules COBS 3.5.3R (3) that I wish to be assessed by Sciving Capital Limited as per the High-Net Worth Individual assessment criteria as an “High-Net Worth Individual” to enable me to receive financial promotions and marketing material.

I understand that the term client is used in the context of the FCA handbook rules only and does not create any contractual relationship between us.
As a result of the assessment and classification, I understand that certain protections are not available to me as provided to me in notice by the company prior to me confirming acceptance.
