PREFERENCE SHARE CLASS A
QUARTERLY PAYOUT 9.00% P.A.

Investments in Preference Shares class A will be explicitly allocated for acquiring 200 student accommodation houses, intended for placement at prestigious universities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Preference Shareholders can anticipate receiving a quarterly payout equivalent to 2.25%, which will be directly deposited into their private accounts. Upon the maturity date, set for December 31, 2029, investors will receive the complete initial investment amount.*

Kindly be aware that the minimum investment amount for Preference Share Class A is set at £100,000 for investors. Only suitable for High Net worth or Sophisticated Investors. This is not suitable for Retail Investors.
